On Rod Pedersen’s website, he wrote a thought provoking commentary on Thursday that touched on fan interest/attendance and so I felt the need to offer my perspective on things. As a reminder, it’s just MY perspective and shouldn’t be passed off as the gospel.
I couldnt agree more with your take on things,I recently got vaccinated,against my better judgement,but at the end of the day,I have to feed my family.
With the Roughriders caving to the Karens,and bringing in a vax passport(even tho the province did it a week or so later)I will never spend another cent on roughrider merchandise or tickets.
They will have to work very hard to change that.
Same with the Sask party,will never vote for them again,double crossing the base,was a bad move.
Rp keeps insisting that its not the vax passport,but peoples are in a cash crunch,thats why the attendance is down,I dont buy it.
Everyone has money for sleds,quads and campers,but not for sports tickets?
As much as I enjoy his show,hes been bought as well,I remember his covid stance a year ago,and its quite diffrent then now.
